Las bases jurídicas que legitiman los tratamientos indicados son la ejecución del contrato, el consentimiento del usuario y el interés legítimo de APM COMERCIAL INFORMÀTICA, S.A. 5.4. Destinatarios de los datos personales. Los destinatarios de la información facilitada serán APM COMERCIAL INFORMÀTICA, S.A. Los datos personales de los usuarios serán comunicados a la empresa que presta el servicio de consultoría financiera.
